How much fish and vegetables does it produce?
FISH - Standard math is 1lb of fish per gallon of tank size per year. Our tank is 150 gallons so approx. 150lbs of fish per tank per year. Keep in mind this is pounds of whole fish - fillets are about 1/3 of this.
VEGETABLE - Standard math is 30-50 heads per sq ft of grow space per year of lettuce or other leafy crops. Could also be a variety of vegetables such as tomatoes, beans, or cucumbers. Our grow space is about 16 sq ft so 480- 800 heads of vegetable per year.
